Delivery Information

We deliver throughout Australia with Australian Air Express ( AAE ). Deliveries within Tasmania are via Fastway Couriers.

Please make sure to enter all details accurately when submitting your order and provide as many details as possible for delivery including an alternate address for delivery or details of a safe place to leave the gift if there is no one to receive it at time of delivery. If a gift cannot be delivered or left at a premises due to inaccurate or insufficient information being provided this may result in re-delivery and an additional charge will be incurred. Once a gift has left our premises we cannot accept a cancellation and all charges will apply.

The couriers we use are reputable and will make every endeavour to deliver your order on the day required. However there may be times when unexpected delays may occur and which are out of our control.

To avoid any disappointment we suggest you allow for a 2-3 day delivery time particularly during busy seasonal periods.

Additional charges will apply for Interstate deliveries on Public Holidays or week ends. Please call us on 0400 544 105 to discuss these special arrangements and charges. For over night door to door deliveries orders must be received no later than 11am on the day prior to required delivery.

Deliveries are a separate charge:

• Within a 10k distance from Hobart CBD …no charge.
• All other areas in Tasmania $10 per box.
• Interstate Major cities $26 per box.
